Rich Patrick-Sternin, President & Technical Evangelist
Raised in the family ad agency, Rich has a genetic predisposition towards brand integrity and focused messaging. His father was creative director, his mother the media planner. His brother and cousins are TV/movie writers.
He fell into (and in love with) staffing in 1993, when he was hired by one of the largest creative staffing firms on the planet. In 1996, he started Seven Staffing, which became quickly known for its super-knowledgable recruiters, service ethic, and 24-hour availability. Acquired in 2000, Seven Staffing eventually became the creative arm of Kelly Services.
He later launched Canine Creative Staffing and its cousin, Choice Creative.
By partnering with business process experts, he can maintain laser-like focus on making freelance and permanent staffing an affordable and pleasant process.
